Water Access & Innovation Cohort DigDeep

Despite being one of the world’s most developed nations, over 2 million Americans still lack basic access to clean, running water and indoor plumbing.
Over the past seven years, Brier has partnered with DigDeep to create compelling fundraising campaigns that highlight the critical issue of water and sanitation access in the United States. The Water Access Innovation Cohort (WAIC), led by DigDeep, is a community-driven initiative aimed at enhancing understanding of decentralized water access challenges across the United States.
WAIC collaborates with various community organizations to identify innovative solutions and advocate for policy changes that improve the impact, sustainability, and scalability of water access infrastructures.
Brier has had the privilege of traveling across the U.S., from Alaska to Appalachia, capturing these powerful stories of water access, bringing this often-overlooked issue to the forefront.
